Educational Qualification & Criteria





- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing utility-scale solar EPC projects.

Experience

- 12 to 15 years of experience in Solar Utility Scale Project Execution.
- Must have successfully executed as Project Head for a cumulative solar project portfolio of at least 1 GW.

Professional & Personal Abilities

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project planning and execution expertise.
- Risk management and decision-making skills.
- Contract and resource management abilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of a 200 MW Solar EPC Project.
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Ensure timely project completion within the approved budget.
- Lead project review meetings and progress reporting.

Soft Skills / Software Needed

- Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, communication, team management.
- Software: MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel, ERP Systems.
