About Duratuf

We're an industrial safety solutions company in Kolkata, with our own entity and warehouse in the UAE. Our equipment protects workers at 4,142+ customers across 65+ countries — when it works, someone goes home to their family. We're at 750 protected workplaces, heading to 10,000 by 2035.

The Role

You'll be our dedicated recruiter — owning full-cycle hiring for manager and specialist roles across sales, operations, finance, technology, and supply chain. We have 20+ roles to fill this quarter. You're not inheriting a hiring engine; you're building it, working directly with the CEO. Decisions in days, not approval chains.

What Success Looks Like

- 20+ roles filled this quarter — critical roles first, none left open past its deadline
- Manager roles closed in ≤45 days, junior in ≤30
- ≥80% of your offers accepted
- ≥90% of your hires rated A-players at their first quarterly review
- ≥50% of hires from your own outbound — direct sourcing and referrals, not agencies — with cost-per-hire trending down

Must have skills like

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting — sourcing to offer close, solo
- You've hired across non-IT functions like — sales, ops, supply chain, manufacturing
- You hunt — Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter,



Naukri; you build pipelines, you don't wait
- You interview with scorecards and past-behaviour questions, not gut feel
- You're in Kolkata, or can be within 30 days

Good to have skills like

- WHO methodology — scorecards plus structured reference checks (TORC)
- AI-first recruiting — uses AI tools to cut screening time, not just talk about it
- Funnel reporting — builds and maintains a live hiring dashboard
- Employer branding — both offline and online
