Senior Manager - QT/QML Developer

Location: Design Centre, Pune, Maharashtra, India

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate (CS/IT/Electronics) from recognized Institutions.

Desired work experience of 5 to 8 years in the relevant area in automotive / Construction equipment design & development.

Shall provide strategic leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Shall assume complete ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring execution excellence, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and performance standards.

Must have positive Proficiency in English & Sense of ownership to tasks / projects.

Proactive mindset and creative approach for problem solving.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Other Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Qt framework. (Qt 5.9 and above, preferred QT 6.5)

Develop and extend reusable C++ and QML components.

UI/UX Development

Design, Develop and implement user interfaces (UI) using Qt/QML.





Code Quality and Maintenance

Contribute to code quality, organization, and automation.

Write and execute Bench, Machine, and unit tests.

Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with other Business units and teams.

Communicate effectively with various CFT teams.

Contribute to design and over all testing processes.

Tools and Technologies

Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

Familiar with tools like Confluence, JIRA.

Skills and Requirements

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C++ and QML.

Frameworks: Experience with the Qt framework.

UI/UX: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design.

Embedded System Knowledge - Preferable

CAN Bus J1939 knowledge / experience is must and Vector tools experience is a nice to have.

Nice to have Embedded Linux experience & Python knowledge for test scripts.

Knowledge on Embedded systems, Display Programming, Camera Interface etc are added advantage.
