Hiring - Senior E-Commerce Manager The Branding Studio is looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to join our team and take ownership of marketplace growth, operations, and account management.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹3.6 - ₹4 LPA

Experience: 3-4+ Years in E-Commerce

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience managing and scaling e-commerce marketplaces and can independently handle marketplace accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central accounts
- Handle other major marketplaces including Flipkart, Meesho & other e-commerce platforms
- Manage Quick Commerce platforms and operations
- Take complete ownership of marketplace sales, revenue & growth
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, A+ Content, promotions & offers
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising and promotional strategies
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, profitability and overall account performance
- Manage inventory, stock planning, pricing and marketplace operations
- Handle marketplace account health, returns, cancellations, claims and operational issues
- Identify opportunities for increasing marketplace visibility and sales




- Prepare and analyse regular marketplace performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, inventory, logistics, and customer support
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithms, trends, and new opportunities

Candidate Requirements

✅ 3-4+ years of overall E-Commerce experience

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Amazon

✅ Experience managing Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces

✅ Strong experience with Global Marketplaces / International E-Commerce

✅ Quick Commerce experience is a robust requirement

✅ Proven experience independently managing marketplace accounts

✅ Robust understanding of marketplace operations, advertising & growth

✅ Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good knowledge of inventory, pricing, cataloguing, promotions & account health

✅ Ability to take ownership and manage accounts independently

✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
