Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions across contemporary cloud data platforms.
- Define and govern data architecture standards, data models, and platform patterns for scalable analytics use cases.
- Drive implementation of data governance practices across data quality, lineage, access control, and metadata management.
- Partner with delivery teams to execute Agile programs and manage end-to-end solution delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Support AI/ML and GenAI solution initiatives by aligning data foundations, platform readiness, and delivery execution.
Skills Required:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Architecture.
- Proven expertise with Databricks or Snowflake in enterprise data platform environments.
- Experience delivering scalable data solutions with strong architecture and delivery ownership.
- Exposure to AI/ML solution delivery and Agile execution in complex enterprise programs.
Good to Have:
- Stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
