? Shape the brand story for Shaadi.com, taking premium matchmaking to a whole recent level

? Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE, engagement & customer acquisition

? Create campaigns that don't just get noticed — they move business

? Partner with Creative, Media, Product, Digital, Sales & Growth teams

? Deep-dive into segment-level campaign performance and consumer insights

? Pitch big ideas, run pilots, test fast and learn faster

? What we're looking for

✅ 4–7 years of Brand Marketing experience — Consumer Tech / Internet / Premium Consumer Brands preferred

✅ Proven experience owning 360° integrated campaigns

✅ Strong Creative + Media Agency management experience





✅ A sharp combination of creative instinct + data-driven thinking

✅ Storytelling skills that can turn consumer insights into culture-worthy campaigns

✅ Someone who can think mass brand + premium brand at the same time
