About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with deep expertise in LabVIEW and National Instruments (NI) platforms. This senior-level role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced control and data acquisition systems in demanding industrial environments. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in architecting safety-critical, real-time solutions that integrate hardware, software, and instrumentation seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

- System architecture: Design and implement complex LabVIEW-based control and DAQ frameworks.
- Hardware integration: Work with NI CompactRIO, FPGA modules, and DAQ hardware.
- Software interoperability: Integrate Python and/or C++ components within LabVIEW for advanced processing and external system connectivity.
- Instrumentation: Configure and validate measurement systems for parameters such as pressure, temperature, and current.
- Safety and reliability: Develop interlocks, shutdown logic, and monitoring systems aligned with industry standards.
- HMI design: Create intuitive operator interfaces for monitoring, control, and reporting.




- Documentation: Produce technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to align control systems with physical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- LabVIEW mastery: 8+ years of career development, including real-time and safety-critical systems.
- NI hardware expertise: Hands-on with CompactRIO, FPGA, and DAQ modules.
- Industrial systems: Proven background in high-pressure, energy, or regulated environments.
- Programming integration: Strong skills in Python and/or C++ interoperability with LabVIEW.
- Instrumentation knowledge: Solid understanding of measurement and signal conditioning.
- Valve control: Experience with sequencing, interlocks, and process logic.
- Industry standards: Familiarity with compliance frameworks and certifications.
- Certification: CLD/CLA preferred.
- Communication: Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
