We are looking for Senior and Principal ATE LabVIEW Engineers who are passionate about test automation, instrumentation and automotive technologies and want to take ownership of complex ATE solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and architect automated test equipment (ATE) and validation systems using LabVIEW and NI PXI platforms.
- Develop scalable and maintainable LabVIEW test automation frameworks, drivers, sequences and application software.
- Integrate PXI-based instruments including DAQ, DMM, SMU, VST, CAN/LIN, digital I/O, switching and other instrumentation.
- Develop automated test solutions for:
- Automotive Cockpit & • IVI

- Software Defined Vehicles (SDV)
- Telematics & • Connected Vehicle systems

- EV Battery & • BMS

- EVSE / EV Charging
- Interface with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, UDS and DoIP.
- Develop hardware-software integration and automated test sequences for R&D; validation and production EOL/FCT test systems.
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, mechanical and application engineering teams to develop complete test systems.
- Develop instrument drivers, APIs and reusable software components for internal Test & • Measurement products.

- Debug complex hardware/software integration issues and optimize test system performance and reliability.
- Support deployment,



commissioning and troubleshooting of automated test systems at customer locations.
- Contribute to engineering standards, coding guidelines, architecture and reusable test automation frameworks.

Additional Responsibilities – Principal Engineer
- Own the technical architecture and design of complex ATE and Test & • Measurement systems.

- Lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to Senior and Junior LabVIEW engineers.
- Define software architecture, development methodologies and reusable frameworks.
- Lead customer technical discussions, solution definition and technical reviews.
- Drive innovation in next-generation instrumentation products and turnkey automated test systems.
- Review designs, code and system architectures to ensure scalability, reliability and maintainability.
- Lead technical execution from concept → prototype → validation → production deployment.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in LabVIEW development.
- Strong understanding of LabVIEW architecture, OOP, Actor Framework / Queued Message Handler (QMH) or similar scalable architectures.
- Experience with NI PXI / PXIe and automated test systems.
- Experience with NI DAQ, DMM, SMU, VST, switching, digital I/O or other NI instrumentation.
- Good understanding of hardware-software integration and instrument communication.
- Experience with NI-DAQmx, VISA, IVI, TestStand and instrument drivers.
- Experience with CAN / CAN-FD / LIN / Ethernet and automotive test environments.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, version control and software engineering practices.

Automotive / EV Domain KnowledgeExperience in one or more of the following areas will be highly valuable:
- Automotive Cockpit / HMI

QualificationsSenior ATE LabVIEW Engineer

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in LabVIEW / Test Automation / ATE development.
- Strong hands-on engineering and debugging capability.

Principal ATE LabVIEW Engineer

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in LabVIEW, ATE, Test & Measurement or automated test systems.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, system architecture and customer-facing engineering.
