We are looking for reliable and passionate bakers to join our production team and help prepare fresh products for the morning opening.

Role overview:

As a Baker at Latreia, you will be responsible for preparing our daily range of breads and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and freshness.

You will work in a clean, organized, and professional bakery environment, closely following production standards and working collaboratively with the bakery team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and mix dough according to standard recipes and production schedules.
- Divide, shape, proof, and bake breads with consistent quality.
- Produce Korean-style breads and daily bakery items according to production requirements.
- Monitor dough condition, proofing, baking time, and finished product quality.
- Follow bakery SOPs,



hygiene standards, and food-safety procedures.
- Keep workstations, tools, equipment, and floors clean and organized.
- Record production details and communicate clearly with the team.
- Use ingredients responsibly and help minimize production waste.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and timely bakery operations.

- Physically fit and comfortable standing and working in a bakery environment.
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.

- Experience with Korean, Asian, artisan, or professional bakery production is an advantage.
