We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality APIs and microservices for one or more projects or streams of work
- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP services following best practices and coding standards
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code
- Perform unit testing and contribute to TDD practices
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure technical excellence
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities
- Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices
- Quickly learn and apply recent technologies
- Contribute hands-on to complex technical implementations when required

Required Skills





- 4+ years of experience building applications, APIs and microservices using Java
- Strong experience with Java backend development and Microservices Architecture
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with Spring Frameworks including Spring MVC, IoC, Spring Boot and Spring Batch
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA
- Experience in developing and unit testing applications
- Understanding of API design principles and integration architectures
- Experience with RESTful services using Spring or other Java technologies
- Good understanding of Agile development practices
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Full-stack development experience
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, preferably Harness
- Experience with Maven/Gradle
- Experience working with SOAP services
