Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements.

- Lead functional solution design and project estimations.

- Manage ERP enhancements and cross-functional projects.

- Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and user training.

- Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Drive process improvements and participate across the SDLC.

- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Associate's degree with 8+ years, or 10+ years of relevant ERP functional experience.

- Robust knowledge of enterprise applications, SDLC, and manufacturing processes.

- Experience with

QAD ERP

(Standard/Enterprise Edition, EE Financials); QAD Adaptive Cloud is an advantage.

- Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
