Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer at Master Intech Solutions, you will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop branding materials, logos, marketing collateral, social media assets, and UI elements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will guide junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and help refine design processes and standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district,



requiring close collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive and recognizable brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Advanced ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic knowledge of web design standards is an advantage.
- Familiar with the Tools like Figma ,Canva,Photoshop.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience to be required. Exceptionals are always welcome.
