Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for leading visual design projects across digital and print channels. This position involves creating brand identities, designing logos, developing marketing collateral, and producing graphics for social media, websites, and campaigns.

Designer will collaborate closely with the branding, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and alignment with client objectives. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and refining design ideas, selecting typography and color palettes, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining brand guidelines for multiple clients. The role also includes mentoring junior designers,



contributing to creative strategy, and presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, impactful visual solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Branding and Logo Design, including the development of cohesive brand identities and systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, legibility, and design aesthetics.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media, including social media creatives, web assets, and marketing collateral.
- Strong portfolio showcasing senior-level design work, brand projects, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in marketing or agency environments and familiarity with AI-driven or data-informed design approaches is an advantage.
