We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer/Technical Lead to drive Applied AI, internal tools, and automation workflows across Global Marketing Labs. This role owns technical execution from solution design through release, guiding developers and ensuring AI-powered tools and agent-based systems are secure, scalable, maintainable, and adoption-ready.

Key Responsibilities-

Technical Delivery Ownership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered tools, agent-based systems, internal platforms, and automation workflows.
- Guide developers through architecture, implementation, testing, and production handoff.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security, maintainability, and business-readiness standards.

Technical Architecture & AI Operations

- Define solution architecture for AI-powered tools, automation workflows, enterprise integrations, and agent-based systems.
- Translate business needs into requirements, system flows, validation criteria, and success metrics.
- Align APIs, data flows, backend logic, frontend usability, and enterprise integration patterns.

Technical Stakeholder Alignment

- Convert business asks into technically feasible scope, sequencing, and decision points.
- Run focused technical reviews, demos, and trade-off discussions.
- Surface technical risks, dependencies, and adoption blockers with clear recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong full-stack understanding across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, grounding, and model evaluation.
- Ability to design scalable internal tools, automation workflows, and technical requirements for development teams.
- Working knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, documentation, security, privacy,



and access control.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with Copilot Studio / Agent Builder, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, low-code tools, SQL, analytics, or reporting dashboards.
- Exposure to adoption tracking, stakeholder reporting, or enterprise workflow optimization.

Technical Leadership & Execution

- Experience leading technical delivery for AI-powered tools, internal platforms, automation workflows, or enterprise integrations.
- Ability to review solution designs, implementation outputs, test coverage, documentation, and release quality.
- Clear communication across technical specs, system flows, user stories, release notes, and stakeholder updates.

Relevant Tools & Platforms

- AI & agent platforms: Microsoft Copilot, Agent Builder, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex.
- Automation & app development: Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs, SQL, and data analytics tools.
- Engineering & delivery: GitHub, Jira, CI/CD basics, testing, documentation, and release coordination.
- Collaboration & operations: SharePoint, Workfront, Microsoft 365, and stakeholder reporting tools.

Soft Skills

- Structured problem-solving, technical judgment, ownership, mentoring, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating through ambiguity.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-10+ years in full-stack development,



AI engineering, enterprise integrations, internal tools, or automation delivery.
- Proven ability to lead AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or agent-based systems from concept to production.
- Experience guiding technical teams through architecture, build, testing, documentation, and release readiness.
- Comfortable combining hands-on technical ownership with practical stakeholder alignment.
