About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned FLEXCUBE Expert with over 12 years of core technical and functional experience to lead end-to-end implementations for a premier Investment Banking client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, module configuration, integration architecture, and leading complex delivery models across onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Delivery

* Lead end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation projects from initial requirement gathering through to post-production support.

- Design and develop robust technical solutions across core banking modules, including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges (IC), and Liquidity Management.
- Architect and oversee version upgrades and complex system migrations on FLEXCUBE 14.x and above.
- Design integration frameworks connecting upstream/downstream enterprise systems and gateway interfaces.
- Oversee critical data migration activities from legacy environments to modern FLEXCUBE landscapes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical impact analysis, and solution architecture for complex core banking requirements.

2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

* Function as the primary technical consultant for high-level client discussions, architecture reviews, and workshops.

- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with bank business leads, IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors.




- Present architectural designs and complex technical concepts clearly to C-suite and senior executives.
- Successfully manage and coordinate delivery across onsite-offshore operating models.
- Provide structured knowledge transfer and hands-on training to client IT teams and business super-users.

3. Module Expertise & Operations

* Deep configuration and rule-building expertise in the Interest & Charges (IC) module, including calculation engines and fee structure rules.

- Hands-on support for Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM) implementations.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) batch processing activities.

4. Team Leadership & Governance

* Mentor senior and mid-level technical teams, enforcing strict code quality standards and architectural patterns through regular code reviews.

- Lead offshore development teams and align execution seamlessly with onsite consultants.
- Manage release engineering pipelines, deployment cycles, and environmental strategies.
- Drive quality assurance by designing comprehensive end-to-end test strategies and supporting UAT execution.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 12+ years of total experience in Core Banking / FLEXCUBE platforms.

- Platform Mastery: In-depth technical and operational expertise in FLEXCUBE 14.x+.
- Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred (Max 15 days notice period).
- Domain: Solid background in Commercial/Investment Banking workflows, accounting engines, and transaction processing.
