Senior Analyst-KDNI Key Responsibilities 1.
Financial
Management & Reporting Support (45%):
- Prepare and validate data for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Support month-end close, including accruals and reconciliations • Prepare draft reporting packs and maintain financial trackers • Support billing, recharges, and Commit reviews; flag discrepancies for onshore review 2. Procurement & Vendor Administration (30%):
- Prepare and track procurement requests in approved systems • Maintain vendor and contract trackers, including spend and expiry • Provide admin support for SOWs and contract documentation • Initiate Coupa contract requests and support data entry and document management 3. Resource & Capacity Tracking (15%):
- Maintain resource, capacity, onboarding, and offboarding trackers • Ensure accuracy of workforce and access data • Update project tracking in SharePoint and Excel 4.
Operational
Excellence (10%)
- Execute tasks in line with SOPs and governance frameworks • Identify data issues or risks and escalate to onshore Business Managers • Support continuous improvement through process updates and standardization Essential skills required Technical • Experience in business operations, finance operations, or reporting support roles • Strong Excel skills including formulas, reconciliations, and data validation • Exposure to enterprise finance or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa,
Board) preferred Key behavioral attributes/requirements:
- High attention to detail and solid execution discipline • Ability to work effectively in dynamic global environments • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English • Robust control awareness with a proactive escalation mindset • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in building vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting purposes • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Preferrable the experience with ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle).
- Highly proficient communicator, both verbally and in written form, conveying ideas and information effectively.
- Demonstrate robust problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, financial software and systems and processes. Educational qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College. Work experience • At least 3-5 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or a related role experience in a leading UK/US MNC.
