About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in accounting, taxation, payroll,

statutory compliance, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and General Ledger.

● Generate client invoices, manage receivables, and process vendor payments.

● Perform bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.

● Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reports.

● Handle budgeting, cash flow planning, and expense monitoring.

● Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.





● Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliance, including return filings.

● Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books and optimize accounting workflows.

● Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit-ready documentation.

What We're Looking For

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is important.

● Proficiency in Tally, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Self-driven individual capable of independently managing the Finance function.
