About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and smart Senior Export Operations Executive to independently handle end-to-end export documentation, banking compliances, and online payment gateway integrations for our two Indian export firms. The candidate must be self-dependent, capable of working with minimal supervision, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Gateway Approvals: Independently apply, coordinate, and set up multiple international payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, BOB, SBI ) for both companies, including full KYC documentation with banks.
2. Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare Commercial Export Invoices with accurate 10% profit margin calculations and detailed Packing Lists.
3. CHA Coordination: Daily follow-up with Custom House Agents (CHA) for seamless custom clearance at Ahmedabad Airport / Mundra Port and collecting Shipping Bills.
4. Banking Compliance: Coordinate with banks to secure FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates) and handle online net-banking dashboards securely.
5. Team Supervision:



Manage and guide the junior warehouse helper for barcode thermal labeling and garment packing operations.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate with Valuable English reading/writing skills.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Export-Import documentation, Customs coordination, or E-commerce payment gateway setups.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Net-Banking setups, and basic tech handling (Bluetooth thermal printers/apps).
- Traits: Self-motivated, problem solver, honest, and strict adherence to timelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
