Position: Senior Social Media Executive

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2–4 years (Experience managing Govt./PSU or public accounts preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Senior Executive to support the planning,

execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media pages for Government, PSU,

or large-scale public campaigns, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

● Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across platforms such as

Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Coordinate with internal design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective posts, videos, and reels.

● Support in creating campaign content, writing captions, and proofreading copy for consistency and clarity.

● Track campaign performance metrics and prepare periodic analytics reports.

● Monitor trending topics, digital innovations, and emerging social platforms to suggest new ideas.

● Assist in managing social media ads,



influencer tie-ups, and public outreach campaigns.

● Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely client approvals.

Skills & Competencies

● Solid understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics tools.

● Excellent communication, copywriting, and content ideation skills.

● Ability to multitask, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines.

● Familiarity with Govt./PSU communication guidelines and digital protocols (preferred).

● Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.

● Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or short-form video editing tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.

● Experience handling Govt./PSU or institutional social media accounts will be an added advantage.

● Sound understanding of analytics, reporting, and content optimization techniques.
