- We're Hiring: Senior Engineer – Off Highway Machinery Design | KSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

? Pune, India | Full-time | 4–8 years experience

KSD Technologies is expanding our engineering team to support new agricultural machinery programs for global markets. We're looking for a Senior Engineer – Design who can own the full journey from concept to production-ready design.

What you'll do:

- Lead concept-to-detail design for agricultural machinery components, assemblies, and systems
- Translate customer requirements and functional specs into robust mechanical designs




- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks
- Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFM/DFA checks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, suppliers) to validate designs and resolve issues through prototyping and testing
- Support BOM creation, engineering change management, and documentation

What we're looking for:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 4–8 years of hands-on design experience in agricultural machinery or off-highway equipment
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience owning designs end-to-end — from concept sketches through to release-ready drawings
- Working knowledge of GD&T;, sheet metal/structural design, and manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
