Specialist - Architecture Job Title Senior End User Services Engineer AI Platforms Glean AI Slackbot AI Location India Experience 68 Years Employment Type FullTime Language Requirement Fluent English About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior End User Services Engineer to provide Level 3 L3 support for emerging AIdriven workplace technologies primarily Glean AI and Slackbot AI As these platforms are relatively recent within the customer environment the ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation excellent troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies The selected candidate will work closely with global Digital Workplace teams support critical incidents drive technical integrations and ensure seamless operation of AIenabled workplace solutions Training on the respective platforms will be provided by the customer Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 technical support for Glean AI Slackbot AI and associated AIenabled workplace solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents service requests and technical escalations Support platform integrations involving APIs authentication mechanisms and enterprise applications Collaborate with Digital Workplace Engineering Security and Vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents Monitor platform health performance and adoption trends Create and maintain technical documentation knowledge articles and operational procedures Participate in change management release validation and service improvement initiatives Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies collaboration platforms and digital workplace solutions Mandatory Skills Technical Skills Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence AI concepts and applications Handson exposure to or ability to support Glean AI and Slackbot AI platforms Proven experience in providing L3 technical support for enterprise applications or Digital Workplace technologies Strong knowledge of API Integrations Authentication Technologies SSO OAuth SAML OpenID Connect Application and Platform Integrations Troubleshooting complex technical issues Good understanding of the Global Digital Workplace landscape including collaboration and productivity platforms Professional Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently in a global support environment Strong documentation and knowledge management skills
