Role & responsibilities

Role Overview The Senior Digital Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption of Bayer FarmRise One digital solutions among FPOs, PACCS, farmers, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong field execution, relationship management, business development, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and engage FPOs, PACCS, and farmer institutions for digital adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FPOs, farmer groups, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and usage of FarmRise One digital solutions.
- Plan and execute field activities, farmer meetings, FPO engagements, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
- Generate business opportunities and achieve assigned sales/business targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong network across the assigned territory.
- Track field activities, customer engagement, onboarding, and business performance.
- Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of FarmRise One initiatives.
- Support and guide Digital Leaders in achieving their assigned objectives.




- Ensure timely reporting of field activities, FPO onboarding, digital adoption, and business performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- 35 years of experience in the pesticide/Agri-input industry.
- Experience in FPO engagement, farmer institution management, agri-business development, or digital agriculture will be an added advantage.

Must Have

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Strong field orientation and willingness to travel extensively.
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
- Tamil candidates who can communicate effectively in Malayalam are also welcome.
