Role Description The Senior Dialysis Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Jagatsinghapur. The technician is responsible for preparing and operating dialysis machines, setting up equipment, and ensuring safe and effective hemodialysis treatment for patients. Daily tasks include monitoring vital signs, documenting treatment parameters, supporting nephrologists and nurses, and responding promptly to any clinical or technical issues during sessions.





The role also involves maintaining infection control standards, performing routine machine checks, and ensuring that consumables and supplies are adequately stocked.

The Senior Dialysis

Technician provides compassionate patient care, educates patients on treatment processes, and supports the overall smooth functioning of the renal care unit.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and monitoring Vital Signs during and after treatment.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine related to renal care and dialysis therapy.
- Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology or related allied health field; higher or specialized qualifications in nephrology care are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Dialysis Technician, preferably in a senior or lead capacity in a renal care center.
- Attention to detail, adherence to infection control protocols, and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams and communicate clearly with patients and families.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by patient schedules and center operations.
