5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD and automation, preferably in a microservices environment.

Strong experience working closely with developers to streamline development, branching and code promotion practices.

Hands-on expertise in Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, including branching strategies, Pull Requests and merge controls.

Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, code quality and deployment.

Establish branch protection, peer-review and approval mechanisms to prevent direct, untested code merges into Main/Production.

Experience addressing merge conflicts and improving developer code-push practices through standardized Git workflows.

Implement automated quality gates, unit testing, security scanning and code analysis within CI/CD pipelines.

Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices deployment/configuration management.

Ability to drive DevOps best practices and process improvements across development teams and environments.
