Role Description The Senior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts for packaging, branding, product communication, and marketing materials that align with Mediwell Limited’s pharmaceutical standards and brand guidelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Baddi involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, marketing, and regulatory, to create clear, compliant, and visually effective designs for labels, cartons, and promotional assets. Day-to-day tasks include managing design projects from brief to final artwork, ensuring accuracy of technical and regulatory information, and maintaining consistency across all visual materials.

coordinate with external vendors or printers when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and templates. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience creating packaging and branding materials for regulated industries.
- Ability to interpret technical and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging and translate them into clear, accurate visual designs.
- Experience in managing design projects end-to-end, including concept development, layout, revisions, and preparation of print-ready artwork.
- Collaborative skills for working with production, marketing, and quality teams, including clear communication and feedback management.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities within strict timelines.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Baddi and willingness to align designs with company quality standards and WHO-GMP requirements.
