Design Engineer JD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and define project scope.
2. Design and develop custom machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
3. Create detailed designs, prototypes, and models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
4. For New Projects (or) Design Related Matters-Discussing with Customers & Clarifying Doubts ,if Any. 5.Final inspection after the complete manufacturing of project before dispatch

5. Attending customers queries during their visit to our company and discussing technical aspects with suppliers.
6. Develop and implement control systems, including programming and integration of sensors, actuators, and automation components.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
8. Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance, resolving technical issues and improving efficiency.
9. Document designs, test results, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.





10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve design capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
2. Proven experience in SPM machine design, development, and implementation.

3. Robust understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles.
4. Proficiency in CAD software and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work with Software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, robotics).
2. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

3. Familiarity with design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles.
4. Certification in machine design or a related field.
