We are looking for a Data Scientist – GenAI with solid expertise in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions, building RAG pipelines, working with LLMs, and applying machine learning and NLP techniques to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Develop RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.
- Design and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and business requirements.
- Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Hugging Face, or similar LLM platforms.
- Apply ML, NLP, and deep learning techniques to real-world business problems.
- Work with embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
- Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency, and overall response quality.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation,



and performance optimization.
- Develop APIs and services to integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Take GenAI solutions from POC to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong Python programming
- Machine Learning – hands-on experience with model development and evaluation

- LLM APIs such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Claude

- Hands-on experience with at least one Vector Database – Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, etc.
- Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Experience evaluating and optimizing LLM/RAG applications
- Good understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle and deployment
