Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team working on advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning solutions.

The role involves solving complex business problems using sophisticated AI/ML techniques, conducting independent research and experimentation, and delivering scalable, high-quality data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand complex business problems and independently develop analytical and machine learning solutions.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality Data Science solutions and actionable insights.
- Conduct statistical and machine learning research, experimentation, and prototyping.
- Gather and analyze data, perform exploratory data analysis, and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Develop, validate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Work across the end-to-end Data Science lifecycle, including problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, visualization, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders and client-facing teams on advanced statistical and machine learning problems.
- Translate complex analytical problems into practical and scalable solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply relevant techniques to business problems.

Required Qualifications





- 5.5–10 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working on end-to-end Data Science pipelines.
- Experience with data gathering, EDA, modelling, visualization, model monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ability to independently break down complex problems and identify appropriate analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of data structures and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:

- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Image Processing
- Recommendation Systems
- Advanced Statistical Modelling
- Predictive Analytics

Experience in any of the following domains is preferred:
- CPG: Pricing & Promotion Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Trade Promotions, Supply Chain
- BFSI: Cross-sell/Upsell, Campaign Analytics, Treasury Analytics, Fraud Detection
- Healthcare: Medical Adherence, Medical Risk Profiling, EHR Data, Fraud/Waste/Abuse

Additional experience with:
- Linux environments and command-line tools
- RDBMS / SQL
- NoSQL databases
- MongoDB
- Data processing and large-scale datasets

Education

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
