Role Description The Senior D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in India. This position is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for diverse clients. Day-to-day activities include analyzing existing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes to D365 functionality, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.

The consultant will configure and test D365 SCM modules, lead workshops and training sessions, support data migration and integration efforts, and provide guidance on best practices. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants,



and ensuring successful project delivery from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, diagnose process issues, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, including client-facing work, stakeholder management, and advisory responsibilities.
- In-depth understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly within operations and supply chain environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Management, including areas such as inventory, procurement, production, logistics, and demand planning.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or related ERP solutions.
- Ability to lead workshops, conduct user training, and create clear documentation for functional designs and process flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in D365 or supply chain domains are an advantage.
- Experience working in multi-industry environments and managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including testing and post-go-live support.
