? Hiring | Senior Consultant – CSAD Scrum Master

⏳ Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Scrum Master with strong Technical Program Management and Enterprise Transformation experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs across ERP, CRM, SAP & enterprise applications.
- Drive end-to-end program planning covering scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks and business outcomes.
- Manage program governance, executive reporting and portfolio health reviews.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Teams.
- Drive implementation activities including integrations, data migration, infrastructure readiness, testing and cutover.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives involving SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM or similar platforms.




- Manage stakeholder engagement, adoption and organizational change coordination.
- Present executive-level updates and recommendations to VP/CIO-level stakeholders.
- Drive dependency management, prioritization, resource optimization and steering committee governance.

? Ideal Profile

✅ Strong experience in Scrum Master / Technical Program Management

✅ Enterprise-level transformation/program delivery experience

✅ Exposure to SAP/ERP, CRM and enterprise integrations

✅ Robust stakeholder and executive communication skills

✅ Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and dependencies

✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance
