Role Description The Senior Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading client engagements, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and designing consulting solutions aligned with client business objectives.

The Senior

Consultant will prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations, and collaborate closely with internal teams across consulting, talent management, and technology learning.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, mentoring junior consultants,



and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires staying current with industry trends to provide thought leadership and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured communication.
- Experience in leadership research, organizational development, or management services across multiple industries.
- Proficiency in client engagement, stakeholder management, and presentation of complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Comfort with data analysis, report writing, and use of productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Prior experience working with or for large enterprises, preferably Fortune 500 clients, is an advantage.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
- Relevant experience in consulting, talent management, or learning and development will be highly beneficial.
