Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior CCTV & Security professional responsible for monitoring and managing CCTV surveillance across all company locations. The person will ensure that all critical areas are continuously monitored through CCTV, identify security risks or unusual activities, and coordinate timely maintenance and resolution of CCTV-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance across all company locations.
- Keep a continuous watch on critical areas, entry/exit gates, offices, plants, warehouses, parking areas and other sensitive locations.
- Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, safety violations and unusual movements through CCTV monitoring.
- Ensure all CCTV cameras are operational and providing proper coverage.
- Regularly check camera health, recording status, NVR/DVR, storage and connectivity.
- Identify CCTV blind spots and recommend additional cameras wherever required.
- Coordinate with CCTV vendors and technical teams for installation, repair, maintenance and AMC.
- Ensure timely resolution of non-functional cameras and surveillance system issues.
- Review CCTV footage during security incidents, theft, damage, unauthorized access or other investigations.
- Maintain proper records of CCTV incidents, breakdowns, maintenance and corrective actions.
- Ensure CCTV footage is securely stored and access is controlled.
- Conduct regular CCTV and security audits across all locations.
- Coordinate with security guards and supervisors to ensure effective security deployment.




- Prepare regular CCTV monitoring and security reports for management.
- Immediately escalate critical incidents or security concerns to management.
- Recommend improvements in CCTV infrastructure, surveillance processes and overall security systems.
- Travel to different company locations for CCTV inspection, audits and security reviews as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in CCTV Surveillance & Security Management.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in CCTV/security operations.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, CCTV monitoring and recording systems.
- Experience handling CCTV maintenance vendors and AMC coordination.
- Experience managing CCTV surveillance across multiple locations will be preferred.
- Industrial/factory/plant/corporate office security experience preferred.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify risks and suspicious activities.
- Good reporting, coordination and incident-handling skills.
- Should be highly alert, proactive and responsible.
- Willingness to travel between company locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
