To strengthen our market presence and expand operations, we are looking for a agile and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.
Locations: Mumbai/Pune (West), Gurgaon (NCR Region), Gujarat (Baroda, Ahmedabad),
Hyderabad (Southern States) – Reporting to the Sales Manager in Goa.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage key business partners in your region.
- Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners,
ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets & Strategy: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective strategic planning.
- Market Expansion: Promote GoaMiles services to tourism businesses, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Field Sales: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business development activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism,
travel, or transportation industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining and promoting app-based solutions to clients.
- Highly Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets.
