You will play a critical role in developing talent pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, conducting candidate assessments, managing recruiting processes, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting across consulting, engineering, data science, analytics, AI, and technology-focused roles within rapid-paced organizations. Experience supporting talent aligned to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, or industry consulting practices is highly desirable.
Given the global nature of the role and close partnership with North American stakeholders, this position requires flexibility to work predominantly U.S. business hours.
What You'll Do

- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, networking events, and other sourcing channels to identify high-quality talent.
- Create compelling outreach campaigns that effectively communicate MathCo's value proposition and growth opportunities.
- Maintain proactive engagement with prospective candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships.
- Develop market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Support
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct recruiter screens and preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Present qualified candidates and provide detailed insights on skills, market competitiveness, and overall fit.
- Manage candidate progression throughout the interview process while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Support offer development, offer presentation, and candidate closing activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent recruiting process across all assigned searches.
Candidate Experience
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Deliver thoughtful, responsive, and professional candidate communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with clear expectations regarding interview processes, timelines, and next steps.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may impact candidate engagement or hiring outcomes.
- Gather candidate feedback and share insights that enhance recruiting effectiveness and the overall candidate experience.
- Champion MathCo's employer brand in every candidate interaction.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders across multiple geographies.
- Participate in intake meetings to develop talent strategies aligned with hiring needs and market conditions.
- Provide talent market insights and recruiting recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with interview teams to ensure alignment on candidate evaluation and selection criteria.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding pipeline health, search progress, and hiring challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering timely updates and sharing relevant talent intelligence.
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and data accuracy requirements.
- Track candidate movement, interview activity, and hiring progress across active requisitions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports for Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring stakeholders.
- Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & Talent Programs
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen MathCo's visibility as an employer of choice.
- Help build and maintain relationships with referral networks, alumni groups, and professional communities.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and talent attraction programs across global markets.
- Contribute ideas and best practices that elevate MathCo's recruiting capabilities and candidate engagement strategies.

- Experience supporting professional services, consulting, analytics, or technology organizations.
- Exposure to recruiting talent aligned to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Analytics, or related domains is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience supporting North American hiring initiatives and partnering with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ability to assess both technical and consulting-oriented talent.
