The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role sits at the core of our client engagements, supporting end-to-end strategy delivery while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact for our European Clients.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Project Delivery
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights
- Translate data into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
- Develop executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and leadership updates
2. Client Engagement & Communication
- Interact directly with client stakeholders across functions
- Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements
- Manage meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through
- Communicate insights concisely and confidently to senior audiences
3. Business Development
- Contribute to proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing
- Support pitch preparation and client presentations
- Participate in knowledge development and internal capability building initiatives
What We’re Looking For Core Capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear executive narratives
- High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Cooperative team player with solid interpersonal skills
Experience
- Atleast 2 years of experience in strategy consulting and management consulting
- Demonstrated exposure to client-facing engagements and cross-functional project teams
- Past project experience in Industrial Good, Private Equity, M&A;
Education
- Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Degree from a top-tier university
- Finance background is highly preferred
