Skills Required

- MBA (Finance)/B.Com/M.Com with 3–5 years of experience in Bank Loan/CLO Operations.
- Good understanding of the syndicated loan and CLO lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with WSO, Markit – ClearPar, Geneva.
- Basic understanding of CLO structures, Warehouse ,



and CLO Lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CLO Compliance, Collateral & Coverage Tests, and Trustee reporting is preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities The role will involve the following critical activities:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly loan, cash, position, and interest reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve cash, position, and trade breaks.
- Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties for issue resolution.
- Process trade settlements, wire movements, and loan lifecycle events (rollovers, repricing, resets, amendments).
- Prepare assignment and participation documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational controls.
- Support process improvements and train junior team members
