Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI product development.

Key Requirements

- 6–8+ years of strong Python development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/GenAI projects.
- Solid experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, ingestion pipelines, and chunking strategies.
- Experience with Vector Databases, similarity search, indexing, and metadata filtering.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), MCP servers, tools, and LLM integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.
- Advanced Python, APIs,



AI pipelines, and orchestration.
- Good SQL knowledge, including joins, query optimization, and indexing.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot for development and code acceleration.
- Knowledge of AI application monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and production support.
- Experience with tools such as Datadog/APM is an advantage.
- Java/ReactJS knowledge is optional.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
- No relocation profiles.
- Must be comfortable attending the F2F final interview in Bangalore.
- Must be willing to work 3 days per week from the client office.
