Reporting To: Group Head Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts team and work closely with the Group Head Accountant across accounting, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS for the Capital 8 Group.

The role will also involve supporting selected PMS (Portfolio Management Services) operations related to accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Training will be provided for PMS processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain and review accurate books of accounts across group entities.

- Handle accounting entries, ledgers,



journals, expenses, income, investments, and banking transactions in Tally.

- Prepare and review bank, ledger, and financial reconciliations.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing.

- Support preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliances.

- Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, and related documentation.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.

- Maintain proper supporting documents and ensure accounts are audit-ready.
