Senior Accountant / Experienced Accountant (3–5 Years Exp)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage our daily financial operations. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounting, ensure tax compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate must have advanced, practical knowledge of Tally and hands-on experience handling GST filings. Solid written and spoken English communication skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting: Maintain up-to-date and accurate daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using Tally.
- GST Compliance: Prepare, verify, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9) and handle reconciliation (GSTR-2B).
- Taxation: Manage TDS deductions, e-way bill generation, and assist with income tax computations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Banking Operations: Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments,



and track cash flows.
- Professional Communication: Draft clear email correspondence to clients, vendors, and management regarding financial queries or disputes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Exactly 3 to 5 years of proven experience working as a corporate accountant or senior accountant.
- Software Skills: Complete, hands-on mastery of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
- Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian statutory compliance, specifically GST filing processes and portal navigation.
- Language Skills: Excellent ability to write, read, and understand professional English for official correspondence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or an equivalent accounting certification.
- Soft Skills: High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
