About The Role
MG Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, account finalisation, payroll, audits and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of bookkeeping, finalisation of accounts, financial reporting, payroll and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality and meet deadlines. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Assist with finalisation of accounts, including year-end adjustments and closing entries.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Practical experience in finalisation of accounts.
Experience With QuickBooks And/or Xero.(preferred)
