Position: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant with 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be capable of independently handling the complete accounting process, including Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting entries.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and financial information.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Handle Tally/ERP software and MS Excel efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid practical knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.
- Excellent knowledge of Profit & Loss, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong command of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle accounting operations end-to-end.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complete accounts, finalizing books of accounts, preparing the Balance Sheet and P&L;, and coordinating with auditors and tax consultants with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
