Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

1. Review & analyze client website that need to be improved or revised, keyword mapping and website structuring for best results on Google with customer approval.

2. Auditing website and web pages to optimize it to meet recent search engine algorithms.
- Implement strategic ways and build back links to improve ranking of website and keywords on google.
- Keep up to date with latest SEO technology, updates and industry changes.
- Advanced knowledge in on-page and off-page optimization, Meta tags, URLs, backlinks, keyword density.
- Responsible for developing optimized web content.
- Creating high-quality SEO content for blogs & websites
- Manage analytics tools, webmaster and Google Ad wards.

Eligibility Criteria

Skills required





- Require experience in SEO Operations specially attempting SEO for international locations for generating export enquiries.
- Capable to provide SEO results for short tail keywords or only generic words
- Able to work on permutation and combination keywords as per Google related search also able to write blog or articles for keywords.
- Should be target oriented and adhere timeline.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 1+ Years of experience

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in conducting comprehensive SEO audits and technical SEO assessments.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and executing link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in using web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, major SEO platforms).
- Relevant experience in SEO for websites across different industries; agency or multi-client experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS basics, site architecture, and how technical factors impact search performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with content, design, and development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and trends in digital marketing.
