Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern who has basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and is eager to build a career in Digital Marketing. The candidate will work closely with our SEO and content teams and gain hands-on experience in improving website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in keyword research and analysis
- Support On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs
- Conduct competitor and basic website analysis
- Assist with backlink research and link-building activities
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance
- Work with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content
- Assist in preparing SEO reports




- Stay updated with SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates

Must-Have Basic Knowledge

- Basic understanding of SEO and how search engines work
- Knowledge of the difference between On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO
- Basic understanding of keywords and keyword research
- Knowledge of meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URL optimization
- Basic understanding of backlinks and link building
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Google Keyword Planner is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML is an added advantage

Skills Required

- Good research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
- Robust interest in SEO and Digital Marketing
