Job Summary: We are looking for an Engineer - Powertrain Component Design & Development to carry out powertrain component design, development, and evaluation, with a focus on Engine Management System (EMS) products such as Injector, ETB, Fuel Pump, Sensors, Ignition Coil, and VCT. n Mandatory Requirements: n

n- 3-6 years of experience in the automobile industry n

n- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering n

n- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, product D&D; milestones, manufacturing technologies, EMS systems, and product operation n

n- Direct exposure to powertrain component design, development, and evaluation n

n- Experience handling a team of 1 or more n

n- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with effective time management n

n- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel & PowerPoint, CATIA, and CREO n Preferred Requirements: n

n- Know-how of Engine Management System (EMS) products and powertrain component development activities n

n- Design/development/testing exposure to EMS components: Injector, ETB, Fuel pump, Sensors, Ignition coil, VCT n

n- Powertrain company experience n





n- Experience with running change approvals from customers n

n- Experience with validation activities on vehicle for carryover products n

n- Experience with technical support for field claim parts investigation n

n- Experience with localization and VA/VE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) activities n Key Responsibilities: n

n- Carry out powertrain component design & development activity along with evaluation. n

n- Support Engine Management System (EMS) product development — Injector, ETB, Fuel Pump, Sensors, Ignition Coil, VCT — design, development, and testing. n

n- Process running-change approvals from customers. n

n- Conduct validation activities on vehicle for carryover products. n

n- Provide technical support for field claim parts investigation. n

n- Drive localization and VA/VE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) activities. n Core Competencies: n
