About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Scriptwriter to join BabyBillion's dynamic content creation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging, imaginative, and age-appropriate scripts that resonate with preschool children. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling narratives within a structured format, ensuring each script aligns with the company's guidelines and educational objectives.

The Scriptwriter will play a vital role in scaling our content production, working closely with the creative and production teams to deliver high-quality videos that captivate young viewers and contribute to BabyBillion’s growth ambitions. This position offers an exciting chance to influence the educational content landscape for children while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in scriptwriting or related roles, preferably in children’s content creation.




- Proficiency in Hindi dialogue writing, with a flair for creating relatable, fun, and engaging expressions suitable for preschool children.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights from platforms like YouTube and incorporate findings into script development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative and production teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and feedback.
- Understanding of the 3-arc story structure and storytelling techniques tailored for young audiences.

Responsibilities

- Craft engaging scripts: Develop and deliver 15 unique scripts weekly, each lasting approximately 35-45 seconds, utilizing the 3-arc story structure to ensure captivating storytelling.
- Ensure age-appropriate content: Write scripts that are imaginative, educational, and aligned with BabyBillion’s content standards and guidelines for preschool viewers.
- Incorporate data-driven insights: Use YouTube analytics such as STR (Story Retention) and APV (Average View Duration) to refine scripts, aiming for 70% of videos to achieve an STR above 70% and an APV above 100% within one week of upload.
- Adapt and collaborate: Work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and YouTube Manager to modify scripts based on cast availability, feedback,



and evolving content strategies, ensuring 100% adherence to production schedules.
- Participate in content review: Join weekly meetings to evaluate content performance, identify successful storytelling techniques, and eliminate ineffective approaches to continually improve content quality.
- Stay updated on trends: Keep abreast of current trends in children’s content and incorporate innovative ideas into scriptwriting to maintain content freshness and relevance.
