Role Description The School Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India. This position oversees day-to-day school operations, including academic administration, staff coordination, and adherence to institutional policies and standards.

The School

Manager works closely with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective timetabling, smooth classroom execution, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Responsibilities include supporting teacher recruitment and onboarding, facilitating training initiatives,



and maintaining strong communication with families and local stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring student enrollment processes, maintaining campus infrastructure and safety standards, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Education, Teaching, and Training, with the ability to support academic delivery and professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in Administration, including managing school operations, processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Skills in Recruiting, particularly in hiring, onboarding, and retaining qualified teaching and support staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in school management or educational administration, preferably in K–12 or international school settings.
- Comfort with technology-enabled learning platforms and basic office software.
