Position: Robotics School Coordinator

Location: On-site / Hybrid (School-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Robotics / STEM / EdTech Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Robotics School Coordinator to manage and execute robotics, coding, AI, and STEM programs across schools. The coordinator will act as a bridge between students, robotics trainers, school management, and parents, ensuring smooth academic and operational delivery of robotics education.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate robotics, coding, AI & STEM classes in schools
- Plan and manage class schedules, labs, and trainer deployment
- Support robotics instructors with lesson plans, kits, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and engagement in robotics programs
- Coordinate robotics competitions, exhibitions, workshops & demo days
- Communicate regularly with school principals, teachers, and parents
- Manage robotics kits, sensors, boards, and lab inventory
- Assist in onboarding new schools and students
- Ensure curriculum delivery as per age group (Grades 1–12)
- Maintain reports, attendance, and performance records





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education / Engineering / Science / Management
- Basic understanding of Robotics, Coding, STEM, or AI education
- Strong communication, coordination & presentation skills
- Ability to work with students, teachers, and technical trainers
- Comfortable with school environments and academic operations
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Hands-on exposure to Robotics kits (Arduino, Scratch, Micro:bit, sensors)
- Experience in STEM labs, robotics clubs, or EdTech programs
- Familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / International school robotics curriculum
- Event coordination experience (robotics fairs, hackathons, competitions)
