- 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA).
- Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Development (Workflows, Rules, Tasks, Triggers, Request Forms, RBAC, REST APIs).
- Experience in Application Onboarding and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt PAM and JITA (Just-In-Time Access).
- Valuable knowledge of IGA concepts, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, SoD, Access Reviews, and Certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for integration failures, incidents, RCA, and production support.
- Knowledge of SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and custom JAR development.
- Experience in 24x7 application support, SLA management, and operational excellence.




- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance Saviynt workflows, connectors, rules, and integrations.
- Perform application onboarding and identity lifecycle implementations.
- Manage production support, incidents, and access certification campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration/application issues with root cause analysis.
- Ensure SLA adherence and end-to-end ownership of assigned modules.
