Role Overview

We are looking for an Expert SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with close to 10 years of hands-on experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll . The ideal candidate should have strong implementation and configuration experience, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementations .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations from end to end.
- Perform hands-on SuccessFactors system configuration , troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Manage and maintain Employee Central (EC) operations and employee data.
- Manage Compensation data , processes, and integrations within SuccessFactors.
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Tracking , including time management processes and integrations.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, business, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot complex EC and Payroll issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, payroll process integrity, and compliance with business requirements.




- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other SuccessFactors consultants.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors EC / Payroll experience , ideally close to 10 years.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
- Minimum 3 recent end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementations .
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors system configuration .
- Good knowledge of Employee Central Operations .
- Strong experience managing Compensation data and processes .
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking .
- Strong understanding of EC-to-Payroll processes and integrations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on complex/global SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

- The ideal candidate will be a SuccessFactors EC/ECP SME with approximately 10 years of experience and at least 3 recent end-to-end ECP implementations , combined with solid hands-on configuration expertise in Employee Central, Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking .
