Job Title: Scaffolding Inspector

Location: Paradeep, Jagatsinghapur, Odisha, 754142

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in Lead Scaffolding Assurance Program across Project site Supervise all the scaffold erections, dismantling and modification jobs at site . AIL Scaffolding guidelines through trainings Inspection and certification of scaffolding materials .
- BP team for erection of scaffold and correction and modification of scaffolding wherever required Inspection and recommend for certification first time and later on weekly in compliance with guidelines Maintaining all records of scaffold erected at site.
- Observe unsafe acts ,Unsafe conditions near miss cases related to scaffolding discuss with site team implement CAPA.
- Create safety awareness on scaffold by promoting safety meetings like on site job training and tool box talks.
- Implementing AIL safety scaffolding guidelines and safe work method at work place.
- Maintain good housekeeping across site and PPE compliance during erection and dismantling.
- Conducting Scaffolding Audit with respective stakeholders and Ensuring compliances for the same in every Quarter Ensuring Ensuring Scaffolding Register,



Tag System for each scaffold is being maintained regularly

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimums 5 years of working experience as a scaffolding inspector.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
- Solid supervisory and inspection skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and toolbox talks.
- Proficiency in identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage shift handovers efficiently.
